In my last roulette vocabulary overview I, the types and names of missions covered in this my second and last one I want to take some of the most commonly used and heard terms that are not specifically bet names. Hope it helps!
Cheva A: This comes from the French, what the origin of the game and is a “Split bet”.
Action: This refers to the exact amount of money bet during a certain period.
American Wheel: The reason that there is a distinction between an American and a European Wheel Wheel, that the American wheel, the position 00 functions, while the European wheel does not.
Backtrack: The outer part of the wheel, the ball turns around, that does not move.
Bankroll: This is the total amount that a player has to play with.
Bet on the table: This refers to a wager placed on the numbered part of the table, which is the same as an “insider betting”.
Carr ‘: Again, this comes from the French and means placing a corner.
Split: a Split bet
Column: Betting More French, this time with a column.
Croupier: The man running the table.
”En Prison”: This is a rule that is implemented only in some casinos. They are betting money, including eg red / black, odd / even if you bet an even money, and the wheel will be able to 0 or 00, when the En Prison rule is implemented, either half of your bet retrieve, or you can leave them for the next spin. If they leave, and the following spin falls to 0 or 00, it is lost. If the En Prison rule is not used, the original bet just lost.
French Cycling: How can a European wheel, is different from the American wheel, because it is not the 00 pocket feature.
Even Money: This is a way of referring to a 1:1 bet.
Inside Bet: This refers to a bet on a part of the “insiders” of the table made, in other words, betting on individual numbers, split bets, street bets, corner bets.
La Partage: Just like the En Prison rule, except that the option is only half the value for the bet to retrieve, you can not leave for the next spin.
Outside Bet: This refers to a bet on the “outside” part of the table from eg red or black, odd or even, high or low, which includes column dozen bets and betting.
